London's public services are run by a handful of different bodies. Transport for London handles driving charges and travel; the Greater London Authority sets city-wide strategy; GOV.UK runs the national services such as voting and Blue Badges; and your borough council delivers the everyday things — bins, Council Tax, parking, planning. Because those tasks live on separate websites, finding the right page is half the battle. This is the front door. We never take a payment, hold a card or process an application. The last click always lands you on the real government site.
